About Us

Gail Gomez - Owner, RN, MEP-C

My name is Gail Gomez I have been a nurse since 1988.  I worked at Good Samaritan Hospital in Phoenix Arizona since completion of my nursing program.  I have extensive experience in ICU medicine and Cardiac medicine.  I also had the opportunity to work with teenagers in psychological crisis.  I worked as a registery nurse at many other valley hospitals during my off time from Good Samaritan.

During my many years experience at Good Samaritan I had the opportunity to learn about skin care with patients, primarily wound care.  I found the skin to be a fascinating organ of the body.  From there I started becoming interested in the aging process of the skin and things you can do to slow that process.

I have years of continuing education in the care of the skin.  I attended the Esthetic Skin Institute, where I received training on Chemical Peels, Microdermabrasion, Laser technology, Botox, Dermal Fillers, and Mesotherapy.  I also attended The Academy of Aesthetic Medicine where I became Laser certified.   I have had in- depth training with Drs. Susan and Martin Braun in Dermal fillers and Botox and have continued advance training in Botox and Dermal fillers with Dr. Jennifer Linder and many others through Allergan.  I also have attended many certification classes with PCA, Jane Iredale, Jan Marini, Derma MD, Clear Skin and countless others.  I believe strongly in continuing education and learning everything I can that will benefit my clients.

I am a member of AMEN (American Medical Esthetic Nurses), through which I am also certified.  I worked with a small group of nurses within the AMEN chapter to help bring the current Laser Law (bill 1492) into effect.   I am a member of the AZAA (Arizona Aesthetic Association), through which I mentor aesthetic students.  I am also a member of the IMSA (International Medspa Association).

I hire only licensed professionals to work at Glow to care for you and your skin.  My goal is to bring you cutting edge technology that is safe and effective for your skin, and the best products to get the results you desire.

Sarah Hale - M.E., C.L.O.

I received my training from the Skin and Makeup Institute in Peoria Arizona.  I graduated in the top of my class after attending over 600 hours of training in the areas of medical aesthetics, skin care and makeup.  Since graduation in February 2007, I have completed certification in Laseography  (laser operator), at IMAJ Laser Institute in Scottsdale, Arizona.   I also received advanced training in such areas as microdermbrasion, and resurfacing techniques for acne, rosacea, ethnic and sun damaged skin.   I am committed to skin care and stay current with the latest techniques through post graduate classes, seminars, and conferences.  I pride myself in my commitment to my client's individual needs and concerns, and in assisting them in achieving their skin care goals.

Prior to joining the Glow! Med Spa team, I worked at a med spa in the valley, where I worked side by side with a medical doctor.  Before that, I was a stay at home mom to my two children.  I enjoy spending time with family, camping, fishing, hiking and riding A.T.V.'s.

Scott Milligan  - licensed massage therapist

I was born and raised in a small town in Oregon.   I have always been interested in helping people.  I served 8 years in the US Air Force working in the medical field and traveled to many countries.   I eventually settled in Arizona and worked at a local hospital.   I decided that it was time to follow my intuition.   I was searching for a way to affect positive change and take a more active, hands-on, approach to promoting healing in others.   I decided to change careers and become a massage therapist.  My passion is understanding and applying the art of healing through massage.   My professional goal is to use my talent to improve the lives of others.

I graduated first from the Arizona School of Massage Therapy and then from the Utah School of Massage Therapy where I received my training as a Master Bodyworker.   I then practiced my skills while working at a local Day Spa for two years.   I am looking forward to working together to enhance your life through the healing art of therapeutic massage.
