Herbal Body Wrap


Starts with special herbal teas to enhance the cleansing process.
Then an aromatherapy oil mix, with smells that delight the senses and assist in cleansing, calming and deep relaxation. Then a unique blend of herbal extracts gently exfoliates the skin. The herbs do not dissolve in oil. An application of warm water dissolves the herbal extracts into a smooth as silk feeling. The body is gently wrapped and comfortably heated, allowing the herbs to process and work. The unwrapping begins after 20-35 minutes. A gentle mist of water and essential oils is applied, then the area is blotted with warm towels, leaving a very clean and fresh feeling. It is finished with a cool refreshing drink and dish of seasonal fruit, with time to discuss the experience with your therapist.

What is Reflexology?

Reflexology is a unique method of using the thumb and fingers to stimulate more than seven thousand two hundred nerve endings in each foot. These nerve endings correspond to all parts of the body, including organs and glands. Stimulating the appropriate region is intended to eliminate energy blockages thought to produce pain or disease in the related areas. Reflexology is used to prevent, rather than cure, and is used to relieve a wide variety of ailments.

We offer private and semi-private one hour sessions. Classes are also available for Strength Training and Power Pilates.
